Bully Prevention Bootcamp Graduation

Raising Calm, Confident, Hard-to-Target Children

Last month, our Bully Prevention Bootcamp graduates completed two full days of focused training. They came in curious, some shy, some unsure. They left standing taller, speaking clearer, and carrying themselves with confidence.

This bootcamp was not about fighting.
It was about control.

Over the course of the programme, children learned exactly what bullying is, and what it is not. They learned the different types of bullying. More importantly, they learned how bullies think, what bullies want, and how to shut the game down without escalating the situation.

Each child was trained in five core skills that make them a harder target:
• Calm emotional control
• Strong posture and body language
• Clear, assertive voice
• Simple verbal boundaries
• Safe disengagement and help-seeking

They practised real-life scenarios. They played competitive games that tested focus and decision-making under pressure. They learned how to handle teasing, insults, pranks, and social exclusion. They also learned how to be an upstander, someone who chooses not to join bullying and knows how to support others safely.

The bootcamp ended with a symbolic board-breaking ceremony. Every child broke through with their own hands or feet. Not to prove strength, but to prove belief. Belief that fear can be managed. Belief that confidence can be trained. Belief that they are capable.

This is how we reduce bullying.
Not with lectures.
Not with fear.
But with skills, repetition, and belief.

We are proud of every graduate from this batch.
They did not just attend a camp.
They trained for life.
