    2. The Bootcamp fee is as stated on the product page and is payable in full at the time of registration.
    3. Payment must be made through the designated payment gateway on the Kingstride website.
    4. Kingstride reserves the right to change Bootcamp fees, dates, or venues, although reasonable notice will be provided to registered participants.
  3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
    1. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian:
      1. If you cancel your child's registration 14 days or more before the Bootcamp start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the fee paid, less any administrative charges.
      2. If you cancel your child's registration less than 14 days before the Bootcamp start date, no refund will be issued.
      3. No-shows on the day of the Bootcamp will not be eligible for a refund.
    2. Cancellation by Kingstride:
      1. Kingstride reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Bootcamp due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, or events beyond our control.
      2. In the event of cancellation by Kingstride, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future Bootcamp date.
    3. Transfers:
      1. Registration is non-transferable to another child without prior written approval from Kingstride, which may be granted at Kingstride's sole discretion and may incur an administrative fee.
  4. Health, Safety, and Medical Information
    1. The Parent/Guardian confirms that the registered child is in good health and physically capable of participating in all Bootcamp activities.
    2. The Parent/Guardian must provide accurate and complete information regarding the child's medical conditions, allergies (especially dietary), special needs, and emergency contacts during registration. This information is crucial for the child's safety and well-being.
    3. In case of a medical emergency, the Parent/Guardian authorises Kingstride Instructors to seek medical attention for the child, including calling for ambulance services, and administering necessary first aid. All costs associated with such medical care shall be borne by the Parent/Guardian.
    4. Parents/Guardians are responsible for informing Kingstride of any changes to their child's health or contact information prior to the Bootcamp start date.
    5. Kingstride will provide lunch and snacks. While every effort will be made to accommodate stated dietary restrictions and allergies, Kingstride cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and assumes no liability for allergic reactions or other dietary-related incidents. Parents/Guardians are advised to pack additional safe snacks if their child has severe or multiple allergies.

    1. Children are expected to follow the instructions of Kingstride Instructors and abide by all Bootcamp rules.
    2. Kingstride promotes a respectful and positive learning environment. Any child engaging in disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may be removed from the Bootcamp without refund, at the discretion of the Instructors.
    3. Parents/Guardians will be contacted immediately in cases of serious misconduct.
  6. Limitation of Liability and Waiver
    1. Assumption of Risk: The Parent/Guardian acknowledges and understands that participation in physical activities, including martial arts and self-protection techniques, carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and other physical ailments. The Parent/Guardian voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with the child's participation in the Bootcamp.
    2. Waiver: In consideration of the child being permitted to participate in the Bootcamp, the Parent/Guardian, on behalf of themselves and the registered child, hereby forever releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Kingstride, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from or in connection with the child's participation in the Bootcamp, including any injury, illness, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
    3. Limitation of Liability: Notwithstanding any other provision herein, Kingstride's total liability to the Parent/Guardian or the child for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Bootcamp shall not exceed the total Bootcamp fee paid by the Parent/Guardian.
